A Little Bit of Garden Chat
This Vacation time makes me not want to work. I could be a stay at home dog mom. These two weeks off have been great, I was due for a break. I spent so much time outside. We had some cooler days which was nice and I managed to get some stuff done instead, but I have three dogs so it doesn't look like I did anything now. I pulled all my garlic, pulled some carrots, planted some more things (probably my last crop before the first frost). I try to be a gardener. This is the first year I've been successful with carrots! I'm so stoked as I've been on a carrots and dip kick lately. I'm attempting to be a beet farmer ( Office reference; there will be more ), my husband likes them, I don't. I planted a second round of snap peas about two weeks ago. I have a pumpkin or a squash that has leaves but hasn't grown for awhile so it might be a goner.
